How to redeem
1. Join the free Cheesecake Rewards® program at thecheesecakefactory.com/rewards and ensure your birthday is registered.
2. Look for your free slice reward in your Cheesecake Rewards® account or via email around your birthday month.
3. Visit any Cheesecake Factory location (dine-in or pickup). This offer is generally not valid for delivery orders unless specified.
4. Make any food or beverage purchase (no minimum spend required).
5. For dine-in: Inform your server you are a Rewards member and wish to redeem your Birthday Slice before payment. Provide the phone number linked to your account.
6. For pickup orders (online or phone): Log into your Rewards account online or inform staff when ordering that you're redeeming your Birthday Slice and provide your phone number.
7. Enjoy your free slice of cheesecake!
